CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
✪ Abs & Stretch Class: Exercises to strengthen core muscles -- abs and back. Fit-balls and other types of equipment are used to target these areas. Beginners and advanced exercisers welcome.
✪ Cardio Strength: Get your heart pumping with this high energy, low impact workout.
✪ Pilates Fusion: Group workout where boday is sculpted with traditional weight training in combination with classical Pilates mat workout. Free for members. For drop-in non-members, $15. per class or $48. for four weeks.
✪ Strong Body Abs and Back with the MECA* Back Wedge A class for all those who wish to create greater strength and control of their abs and back further creating full body balance and control. This class is for all levels and highly recommended for most everyone. Class is free to OFC members. MECA back wedge rental free for first class, $5.00 thereafter. Non-members: $10 for class. Rental fee for wedge: free for first class, $5.00 thereafter. Purchase of MECA wedge is highly recommended as it should be used regularly.
*MECA is an acronym for three integrated properties that work in unison to create a healthy back: M = Mobility, E = Elasticity, C = Core stability make the back, A = Adaptable.

Hatha Yoga: Offers relaxation and flexibility through Yoga postures and breathing techniques $10
Conditioning Yoga: Designed for beginners, those with limitations as well as those who want to deepen their practice. We will work with props, chairs, and rings. Concentration will be on alignment, breath, and core strength. $10 (members), $15 (nonmembers)
DancEnergy: If you haven't tried it yet, prepare to be hooked! DanceEnergy consists of choreographed routines set to great music. Once you learn the routines, you just come in and dance for an hour. You won't look at the clock once! Have fun and learn a skill while you build long lean muscles, improve posture and get a great aerobic workout. This class is for all levels.
