CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Abs & Stretch Class: Exercises to strengthen core muscles -- abs and back. Fit-balls and other types of equipment are used to target these areas. Beginners and advanced exercisers welcome.
Vinyassa Flow: Synchronizing breathing with Movement. Designed for intermediate to advanced students who are comforatble with balancing Asana’a as well as backbends, twists, and Pranayama.
Cardio Strength: Get your heart pumping with this high energy, low impact workout.
Fit-Ball: A stability ball workout
Hatha Yoga: Offers relaxation and flexibility through Yoga postures and breathing techniques
Core Yoga: Designed for beginners, those with limitations as well as those who want to deepen their practice. We will work with props, chairs, and rings. Concentration will be on alignment, breath, and core strength. $15
Yoga Flow: Classic Yoga postures are blended with resorative postures and stretches, assisting proper alignment
Yoga with Pernille: Yoga for beginners and intermediates with the following goals: stress relief, pain relief, improved circulation better breathing, weight management, increased strength, improved flexebility, cardiovascular conditioning, and inner peace. $10 (members), $12 (nonmembers)
ZUMBA: High energy cardio workout to Latin/ international music-dance and fitness moves. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba is great for the mind, body, and soul! Ditch the workout! JOIN THE PARTY! $10 (members), $15 (non-members) Lower priced packages available.
