Colleen Britton NASM-CPT, FNS

Colleen started working in the fitness industry in the early 1990's.  First becoming an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor teaching aerobics, step, and spin,Colleen was certified to teach yoga and Pilates soon after.

 

As her interest in fitness grew, Colleen became more involved in the health, and wellness aspect - specifically how exercise is used to help people heal, recover, and improve their quality of life.  This work includes experience with clients as they gain strength post-rehab,  and through their injury recovery.  She was also certified in Pilates & Yoga for Rehab and Burdenko Level 1.  Colleen loves to teach classes in aqua, aqua barre, and barre.

As a functional aging specialist, Colleen helps people reach their goals for fitness, recovery, and wellness.  Colleen is particularly passionate about working with clients so that they can participate in the things they love to do.

Anne has an Associates degree in Physical Education and has been a fitness professional since 1996.  She has extensive experience both as a group instructor ans a personal trainer.  She has worked with all different age groups and fitness levels.  Anne's goal is to make exercising fun, different and a little challenging.  Focusing on core strength that will make everyday functions better; better balance, better endurance and increased strength for life.

Kathy has been a fitness trainer and group class instructor since 2008 on Cape Cod and loves every minute of it.  Kathy works toward enhancing the well-being of her clients by empowering them with knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources that will inspire them on their fitness journey to a healthier life.  Kathy's ultimate goal is to help people set and achieve goals by changing their lifestyle, which includes eating better and exercising.  Kathy is a realist, and that means working toward your goals will take consistency  and resolve but it will be worth every effort.  There are so many possible benefits to making exercise a part of your life, from improved confidence and coordination, to better balance and mobility.  Kathy is here to ask questions to get a better understanding of what you're interested in and what motivates you, help you to explore, minimize your risks, and offer accountability and support.  As your trainer, Kathy wants to help make your fitness goals attainable and your fitness journey a positive experience.  It can be absolutely terrifying stepping into the gym for the first time or even trying a new exercise- but Kathy's goal is to be there and make that more comfortable for you.   Not only that, but Kathy will be there to motivate you to lift heavier, to jump higher, to keep going and to help find a plan that best works for YOU.
