Kathy has been a fitness trainer and group class instructor since 2008 on Cape Cod and loves every minute of it. Kathy works toward enhancing the well-being of her clients by empowering them with knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources that will inspire them on their fitness journey to a healthier life. Kathy's ultimate goal is to help people set and achieve goals by changing their lifestyle, which includes eating better and exercising. Kathy is a realist, and that means working toward your goals will take consistency and resolve but it will be worth every effort. There are so many possible benefits to making exercise a part of your life, from improved confidence and coordination, to better balance and mobility. Kathy is here to ask questions to get a better understanding of what you're interested in and what motivates you, help you to explore, minimize your risks, and offer accountability and support. As your trainer, Kathy wants to help make your fitness goals attainable and your fitness journey a positive experience. It can be absolutely terrifying stepping into the gym for the first time or even trying a new exercise- but Kathy's goal is to be there and make that more comfortable for you. Not only that, but Kathy will be there to motivate you to lift heavier, to jump higher, to keep going and to help find a plan that best works for YOU.
